Standard Delivery

First Class Royal Mail. Estimated delivery 2-4 working days.

Greeting card orders from £2.00 extra item cost additional 50p

Wine glass charms £3.05

Free UK delivery on most other items unless otherwise stated.

Upgrade shipping Tracked 24 option available, 1-2 working days.

Wallpaper rolls are printed to order, approximately 3-5 weeks from receipt of payment.

International Postage

International Standard Royal Mail, unless tracked & signed option is chosen.

International Orders: Shipping to Europe and Northern Ireland is currently unavailable.

Important: Shipping to the USA and Canada is temporarily switched off due to new tariff regulations. However, customers interested in wallpaper orders for the USA are welcome to get in touch. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or tariffs.

All orders outside of the UK subject to VAT will be the reponsibilty of you the consumer. 

When will I receive my item?

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.

We aim to deliver your goods from within 1-3 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). If for any reason this may take longer we will contact you via email.

This does not include wedding invitations which are handmade to order and can take up to 2 weeks. Wallpaper rolls are also printed to order and can take approximately 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment, but usually arrive quicker than provided estimate.

We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order.

Please inspect your order on arrival, in the event that your item is damaged please notify us immediately. However once an item has been posted it becomes the ultimate responsibility of the shipping company to reimburse you for any damage caused.

Estimated delivery times

We will do our best to meet these despatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Please be aware of any postal strikes or delays in your locality. We can’t be held responsible for late delivery if it’s down to a known issue with the postal service.

Custom imports and taxes

Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and responsibility is with the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.

Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of our control. If you have not received your item within five working days(UK) of us posting your order then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 20 working days.
